What is this “Reiki” we speak of? 

 

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy technique that moves Universal life force energy through the practitioners’ hands to the client’s body.

The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "Rei'' meaning Universal or Higher Power, & "ki" meaning Life Force Energy.

Offering Reiki stimulates the body’s relaxation response & encourages the body to heal itself by helping to improve energy flow throughout.
